Time

It takes 6-10 minutes to complete a portrait. This is dependent on how many folks are in each party. If it's a couple, it's more 6-8 min where a family might be closer to 10 min. 

Guest Count

The time I stay at your wedding is up to you! If you're more dependent on price and want to hire me for a portion of working time (Flat Rate), then I will get to as many guests as possible in that time frame. I can do anywhere from 6-10 parties of guests in an hour.

If you have a giant guest/attendee count and would like everyone to get a portrait, I can take photos of guests towards the end of your reception and offer an add-on situation where I charge you per portrait after the wedding, and mail the remaining paintings to you after the wedding (Extended Stay). 

Cost

$250 an hour and this includes all supplies I'd be using, as well as transportation. If you are more than 30 minutes outside of Louisville, it's $25 per hour driving for gas $$.

I require a $100 deposit to hold your date and then deduct that from your final cost which can be paid anytime prior to the 2 week period before the wedding.

I take venmo or paypal. 

Service

As guests walk up to me, they will stand in front of the table and I will work while they hang out. When finished, if completing watercolor paintings, I will show guests their portrait, set it to the side, and instruct them to come back in 15-ish minutes to grab their work or give them the option to take it with them (carefully!). If markers, guests can take portraits with them immediately.

I offer each guest a 4x6 plastic sleeve to maintain a damage free portrait.

I arrive early (30 min to an hour) to set up and will need a table and a chair. If you want to cover the table with a tablecloth, please do! I bring a couple of frames that include information, like how the portrait process goes, my name & Etsy & website, etc. that I set in front of my work at the table.

I don't require food but am always grateful to be included if you're having food and choose to include me! The time I spend eating won't incur extra cost on your end.
